All for women education!

Realising the importance of women education and working on the lines of its improvement, the UGC has proposed 20 new exclusive universities for women. This has been proposed under the 12th Plan document of UGC to make sure that the entire women population across the country is able to get quality education from renowned universities. The proposal also includes 800 constituent colleges to be taken care by the central government. Though, there are many engineering college in Chennai, MBA colleges in Pune, MBA finance or other colleges for other fields in the country, but this is specifically to promote women education. If this proposal gets accepted then it is sure to make significant changes in the Indian education system.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) in its Five Year Plan is also looking for a four-time increase in the allocation of fund from Rs 46,632 Cr to Rs 1, 84,740 Cr to accomplish the proposals it has made. This is going to be a great achievement in the education industry and will boost the confidence of women in the country. For leading a healthy and successful life, it’s very important for a person to be educated. Especially, for girls you must be educated to have a safe and sound future. To live independently in this world today, you need the stick of education to support you throughout your life. Though, there are many government universities and private colleges, which have co-ed system of education but, there are still many Indian families who are against co-ed education. It will take ages to change this thinking so, it’s best to have separate colleges for women. These universities and colleges would have their base even in the rural areas of India, making education accessible to women across the country.
If this proposal would come into action then, it would prove to be a very positive step towards the upliftment of women education

Legal Certificates must for Admission

Now before you apply for admission into a professional college under SC/ ST category, you have to validate your category. Exactly! A caste certificate and all other important documents are required to prove your society background. This would be required at the time of admission only. Whether you are applying for an MBA marketing course in Sharda University or in any of the professional MBA colleges in Bangalore or any city across the country, you need to produce the certificates. Earlier the students used to get three months time period after admission, in which they could submit the certificates but now they have to be submitted with the admission form only.
According to the director of Technical education Department, the decision has been taken for the welfare of the students only, as many students used to get expelled after three months of not producing the required documents. This resulted in wasting their one year of education because of unavailability of seats in colleges of India after that time. Therefore, it’s better to produce the documents at the admission counter only, saving yourself from any future complications. Though, it’s tough for the students who are preparing for MBA Marketing or MBA Finance courses to simultaneously arrange for the documents. But, at the end it’s a positive deal for them as there would not be any chances of losing an year of education after taking admission in the College. The students can request their parents or siblings to help them in the arrangement of documents thereby saving their time and energy.
So, if you belong to any of these categories then you must pull up your socks and get all the certificates and paper work ready before you go to fill in your forms for professional courses in India.
