This is a great move by United States in fostering ties with India. India is an emerging destination in Education for the third world countries. The education secretary Arne Duncan of United States said that he had regular meetings with the India education minister and said that both the countries have some challenges. He also said that this is an ambitious project and US is trying to achieve this project.
