 This institute has started a management development course on ‘Communicating Global Leadership’. This is a five-day program and is scheduled in the first week of December. The program begins at 3^rd December 2012 and will end on 7^th December, 2012.

This program designed by senior level professionals and top management executives, who are already leading big teams. The program will sensitize the program takers with intricate details of cross-cultural communication. It also includes new leadership techniques required in globalised corporate world of present times.

This high profile courses will be headed by  Nagesh Rao, who is the director of MICA. Participants will learn techniques and skills required to take global leadership roles. Moreover, this course in management will mould the participants’ mindset to run global organizations.

This interesting management program will use reliable surveys to evaluate the present global standards of competency. It will identify the program takers strengths with respect to leadership and highlight areas that require improvement.  

This management program will teach global leadership techniques and for that explore the depth of communication levels of participants. The five-day course will facilitate the program takers to give importance to one’s own cultural values.
