The results for the Chartered Accountants are out and with that the country has got many more CAs in row. CA has become an important and a popular field among many of the commerce pass outs. The coaching centres and institutes providing classes for CA have increased to a great number. The field is also giving competition to the various MBA courses as many students opt for CA rather than going for MBA. Offering a bright and a very lucrative career, CA tests are conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India two times in an year. There are three levels for clearing the CA certification after which the students becomes a qualified member of ICAI and can practise CA as his career. Getting associated with the institute is not a cake walk at, students take years to pass through this and finally grab the tag of a Chartered Accountant.
This year also the success rate of the students qualifies is around 16% while rest could not match the standards of the institute. The coaching centres providing classes for the preparation of the CA exam are many and can be found in different parts of the country same as there are tuition centres for tests conducted by various MBA colleges in India. Regardless of preparing for whichever examination, the students have to work very hard and put in their nights and days to clear the tests. This year the first three toppers in CA are from Kolkata, Chennai and Bangalore. Students who have cleared their CA can practise their career as freelance CAs or work with some company in their finance segment. The payscale and the earnings of a CA are very attractive because of which students in huge numbers can be seen opting for the same.
